Top 5 Games I Played on PS5 in 2025

 

The PlayStation Store has many unique and endless games, but today I will talk about the top 5 story mode games on the PlayStation 5 platform that I have tried from the beginning of the year until now. Let's begin:

Fifth place: Far Cry 5

It is the fifth part of the Far Cry series and it is considered the first part I played in the series. The game was produced and developed by Ubisoft Studios and the story takes place in America in the state of Montana specifically in a fictional area called Hope County. The story talks about a strict and extremist religious group headed by a criminal and dangerous person named Joseph Seed and his brothers. You have to liberate the area from this group and cooperate with the local 

resistance. 

My rating for the game is 7 out of 10.

Fourth place: Far Cry 6

This is the best part in my opinion of the Far Cry series and Far Cry 6 is considered the last part released by Ubisoft Studios for the series. The story is full of excitement and suspense and its events revolve around a fictional island called Yara Island, which is controlled by a criminal dictatorial leader named Antoine Castillo. The player organizes the resistance movement and liberates the island from this dictatorial regime.

 My rating for the game is 8 out of 10.

Third place: Assassin's Creed MIRAGE

This game was released as an extension of the well-known and favorite series of mine, which is the Assassins Creed series from Ubisoft Studios. This part is considered one of the secondary parts and not a main part, and the duration of the playing hours in this part is considered short, and as we said because it is a secondary part. The story takes place in the city of Baghdad in the Abbasid era, and the hero of the story is named Basim, who previously appeared in the Assassins Creed VALHALLA part. Basim begins the story and is a pickpocket in the streets until he becomes an assassin. 

My rating for the game is 8 out of 10.

Second place: Assassins Creed VALHALLA

In my opinion, this is the best part released in the Assassins Creed series, a part with a hero, action, excitement, suspense, and a high number of hours of gameplay in the story mode. The story takes place in the time of the Vikings. The hero of the story is the warrior Eivor, as Eivor migrates with his clan from Norway to England to search for a new homeland, as is the custom of the Viking group, moving, migrating, and searching for new lands. Eivor faces his war against the English kingdoms. 

My rating for the game is 9 out of 10.    

First place: GOD OF WAR RAGNAROK

This is the best and most powerful game I have played on the PlayStation 5 platform, and this game is considered my favorite and for many players interested in finishing games because of the quality of the graphics, image, high graphics and sound. The game was produced and developed by Santa Monica studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The story revolves around its famous hero Kratos and his son Atreus in the Greek era who lives in Midgard. The story of Kratos and his son begins on a journey to fulfill the will of Kratos' wife to scatter her ashes on the highest peak in the nine worlds, so that Kratos faces a fierce war with Odin and his son Thor on his journey.
